Symposium
(CZ) pohybem k vyšší odolnosti a wellbeingu společnosti
The symposium Movement Towards Greater Resilience and Wellbeing in Society took place on October 11 at Klub Letka.
The symposium was divided into two program sections. The first part consisted of a series of lectures in which experts presented their projects and methods used in their work with disadvantaged groups.
Among the symposium’s guests were:
- Lucie Štádlerová, Zden Brungot Svíteková, and Věra Sagulová from the Ostružina association and the project Ostružina and Deaf
- Jitka Mozorová (Dance Ability method instructor)
- Petra Holá (expert on the integration of children with visual impairments)
- Jaro Viňarský (dancer and performer)
- Markéta Perroud (Dance Well)
The second part was dedicated to practical demonstrations and a moderated discussion, during which participants shared their experiences and discussed inclusion and creativity in the field of movement arts.
Special attention was given to the involvement of children with specific needs and to the use of dance movement therapy as a tool for their integration.
The entire symposium was interpreted into sign language, ensuring accessibility for all participants.
The atmosphere was very friendly and open, creating space for constructive dialogue and the development of new collaborations.
